We understand that you want to receive your stylish items as soon as possible!

We will pack the placed order(s) as soon as possible once the payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified. We will do this within 2-4 working days, except for weekends and/or public holidays. As soon as your order has been posted, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and a track and trace code. Keep these well! LIS is on its way!

We ship within Europe and Worldwide.

Orders in the Netherlands usually have a delivery time between 1 and 2 days.
Orders within Europe & Worldwide have a delivery time between 1 and 12 days.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on our external shipping partners and no insight into the duration and/or delay of the shipment. Please note that delays are still possible currently.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated when placing the order.
This depends entirely on the size of the order and the address / country to which we send the order.

Please note that we are not responsible for additional costs such as import duties and/or taxes that must be paid upon receipt of the package at the shipping address.
These are not included in the purchase price & shipping costs and are at the expense of the buyer.
Since we have no insight into these import costs, we recommend that you obtain more information about this from a local customs office.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium for orders above the equivalent of EUR 50, -

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived or if you see while tracking your package that it has "arrived" somewhere else, we recommend that you contact the shipping partner of your order directly. This way they can immediately search for your order. If you have any questions about this, you can also send an email to
service@lislabels.com and we will help you find it! We also want nothing more than for you to receive your stylish items!

If you have given the shipping company permission to drop off your order elsewhere or have indicated that you want to collect your order at a different address, please note that in this case we are not responsible for any loss and/or damage.
