At LIS LABELS we understand you want the best for your little one. So, if you have purchased item(s) you are not happy about, you can always return this item(s) within 14 days from the delivery time of this item(s).

Return form

Before sending us the item(s) back, please contact us at and tell us the reason of your return accompanied with your order number you have received with your placed order. We will send you the return details. Besides that, fill out all the required fields of the return form.

Condition items

Item(s) sent back to us should be in the exact same condition as received. We won’t accept item(s) back that aren’t in their original packaging anymore and don’t have the original hangtags and original labels. Also damaged returned item(s) we won’t accept and won’t refund.

Items cannot be returned and/or refunded if:

  • They are damaged during transit or damaged by customer
  • They are not in their original packaging anymore and don’t have their original hangtags and labels
  • They have been used, altered, washed or not been taken good care of
  • They aren’t returned within 14 days from receiving the item(s)

If an item(s) you have received from us shows any damage before opening the package or isn’t the right item(s) you have ordered, please contact us immediately within 14 days from receiving the item(s) at Include a picture from the damaged and/or wrong item(s).

Lis Labels will send you the right item(s) again if available or will refund you. In this case returning costs for the package is on Lis Labels expense.

Exchanging item(s)

Unfortunately, at this moment we cannot exchange item(s). If you need another size, product, or colour, return your item(s) to us as described to receive your refund and place online your new order.


Sales item(s) or gift vouchers cannot be returned and won’t be refunded


  • Shipping costs for returning item(s) are on your own expense
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping option when sending us back a package
  • We are not responsible for your returned package during transit
  • If during transit your returned package may be lost or damaged, please be aware that we are not responsible for this
  • Please be aware that for international orders (outside the European Union) we are also not responsible for additional costs such as VAT and import duties


Once we have received your returned package in good order, we will sent you a confirmation email of your return. We will credit your refund as soon as possible to your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days until the refund amount is on your bank account.
